We aim to deliver within two days receipt of all orders made before 16:00 GMT for mainland Britain, however, there may be circumstances beyond our control which could cause delays and in such circumstances we will endeavor to contact you via email or telephone as soon as possible.

U.K. Mainland orders
All U.K. Mainland orders placed on laste.co.uk will have 10 days to return any items which are no longer wanted, faulty, and show no visible signs of being worn etc. for a full refund (this is six to eight days from receipt of goods, not from ordering). U.K. Mainland customers will have 14 days to receive a credit note or exchange. If Laste receive any returns after 14 days, Laste will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as no returns will be accepted after the 14 days have expired. Any customers purchasing goods in-store will have 10 days to return any items which are no longer wanted and show no visible signs of being worn etc. in order to receive a credit note or exchange. We do not offer refunds on purchases made in-store unless faulty

How to return your item
Pack your merchandise in the original packaging. Complete the Return and Exchange Policy form included in your shipment. Please write your order number on the form, along with the reason for your return. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
Exchanging Your Item
Please e-mail info@laste.co.uk to arrange for an exchange. We will process your return and place an exchange order on hold in your name. We will notify you via e-mail once your return is processed. This can take up to 30 days. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction and credit your account. Please allow 30 days for us to credit your card.

Laste Warranties
Laste is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.
Laste Limited Liability
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury Laste liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. Laste shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if Laste has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
